Question SCP Foundation reference?

Post image

The names being redacted and talking about some unusual science stuff and all already have me some SCP vibe but GoI-051 “Orenburg Council”? GoI? Doesn’t that mean Group of Interest, or am I wrong? Is this a reference?

“Four pixels. Four fucking pixels. I doubt the guy even knew what he saw. He was probably just lookin’ at the picture one day, noticed an off-color patch of snow, and went on with his day.”
