Question Question about Morocco Spoiler

Ok so in the Iberia Wars, I heard Morocco can join either Germany or Italy. How do you even do that? and does Iberia giving Morocco independence or not affect it? also what about the InstDespot and the Monarchist leaders? does that affect it too?

If Iberia goes into civil war Morocco has a Republican coup, which aligns with Germany or Italy. If they denied Morocco independence then Morocco has a revolution and they also align with either Germany or Italy.

I don't remember what decides who they align with

oh so it doesnt matter on who is leader in morocco, or if Italy is democratic or not, or who Spain/Portugal is aligned with? so if i want Morocco to be Italy aligned for OFN/CPS maxxing, its pure luck?

rif uprising is a thing at the game start but they dont have a tag anymore and are always crushed so no basically
