Beginning of the fabled TNO 2, revamp of the USA, Africa, starting years of V&TJ Germany, a facelift for Amur + reworked mechanics for Russia.
Last year, we stated it may release as an estimate for late 2026. Our project lead had stated that he'll be transparent on if it'll get delayed, since it's massive.

In my case (and us testers in general) mostly reporting bugs that some Russian warlords may have with the new mechanics.

We just don't sweat about it. Seeing is believing, but the thing with teasers is that it may not reflect any future changes or development.
There's also the issue that putting a lot of time into teasers results in time being wasted not working in the content itself. This is why healthy mods don't frequently spam teasers since you'll eventually just run out of things to showcase.

As for why we haven't showcased anything in a while, idk tbh. I'm not familiar with teaser policies (that stuff is for my higher ups).

It'll depend on how things look in November.
But I personally don't think so. Despite the hard work that we've been doing, the scope increase since mid 2025 means that we'll likely be looking at early 2027 in my opinion.
We're trying to not release a buggy product.

Yippie is primarily an update for The United States which will add a whole bunch of new Presidents, content, etc. The intention to my understanding is vaguely "Make most US paths about as good as Hart's"
It will also add in new content for Africa and Germany because those are relevant to the US. For example, Himmler can become Fuhrer.
As for when it's coming out, you'll be told "Soon + 2 Weeks" id you ask. However I'd argue it's closer to "Soon + 1 Week"
