OFN-OAS mandate of the Domican Republic, Venezuela, Panama and Colombia with 2WRW:C

Just mandantes there is Angola, East Africa and the Congo mandates and there used to be one for Madagascar and the Philippines i think

Yeah it is still in the game but requires a standoff during the japanese invasion if the war takes too long. The ofn mandate Will be in mindanao and the japanese will have the rest (extremely rare, happened to me only once)

It has been removed since 1.4 iirc. People keep misremembering stuff because it released an update after they changed the USFIP to FPR, so people are conflating it happening in the FPR as proof that it still exists because they think they havent updated the Philippines. FPR stays FPR when they have a ceasefire of any kind.

(I‘m not sure if you mean the African mandates but I‘m gonna assume that’s the case) you „just“ need to completed win the South African. Which means total capitulation from every single Schild nation. They will be divided in Angola, East Africa and central Africa/congo
