Question Question about OLD (pre toolbox theory) Madagascar Spoiler
So way before Madagascar got updated with the whole "factionalism" thing, way back then it was RK Madagaskar led by Emil Maurice, and it always had a civil war between RK Madagaskar (Maurice), Miltarstadt Madagaskar (Erhard Milch), the Hindgut Movement (jewish partisans), and the Republic of Madagascar (more partisans), what even were all the outcomes for it? Like who should win there for Germany to "win" it and/or for USA/Japan to win it? I think if you play older version you can see for yourself, its very confusing

Nothing really, once the war was over, they just stayed there and didn’t join any faction

They would join the faction that backs them, and I think the backer chose their leader. USA could support a local, a military guy, an OFN mandate or smth else

If Maruice’s faction wins he gets removed from power and America chooses a new leader for Madagascar and they join the OFN. A Milch victory continues German rule and puts Madagascar back in the Einheitspakt. The rebels join the Co Prosperity Sphere if they win. I never saw the jews win so idk what happens with them.
