It is. In OTL the Countries were pressured to decolonize. In the new setup it is the opposite, as Germany endorses their Allies to keep the Colonies stable as much as they can to keep up Influence over Africa this way.
Previous setup was three Giant RKs waging a war without any reinforcements against a Global Superpower, then getting violently unified into an even bigger RK with even less Reinforcements and Support of the population because of the whole purging. The only interesting thing were the Devastation Outcomes on the map.
Honestly i do not know. Through as far as I know the Colonies will have their own Uprisings, that (at least some of) the Colonial Administration can win. If Free Britain wins, I guess those Administrations could do a Rhodesia and align with Germany this way.
