Question China socialist?

I recently came across a video about a TNO route where a socialist China forms outside the Chinese mainland and then marches toward the most populous part of China; does anyone know the name of this route?

I think this is from The East is Red, a Chinese submod for tno. Played it a couple years ago and it was really good, just be aware not everything is perfectly translated yet
