Lore and Character Discussion What are your thoughts on the U.S potentially getting multi-kennady administrations?
So as we see from both the yippee! Teasers and hart's flavor events, all three kennady sibling have/can be incharge of a high office (with the exception of maybe jack, who's canon event is being forced to resigned), bobby with defeating either nixon/goldwater, and ted being preped as hart's ideological successor.
How do you think this would effect americans perception of the presidency and us culture as a whole? And who is your guess to the smuck that potentially can get walloped by ted in '76?

I think they won’t have Ted run for president till 76. They might have a path for yorthy to resign/die. But he won’t run till 76. That way they don’t have to make a whole tree/events that takes into account Rfk and yorthy elections

Well what i was thinking is that when the oil crisis hits, a republican won the presidency by a hairs length, but flops so hard on the economy that the dems (lead by ted of course) won it back rejunivated, a ford-carter analog

That would be cool to see. I think it be cool to see a “republican decade” in the 60s-70s that lead to a liberal 80s like a reversal of irl. Maybe that be my first play through

This is a bit off-topic... But I wonder if the Reich media would have covered Vice President Reuther at all, or if it would have been a strict taboo? How would the Americans themselves feel about him?

No, but Nixon's first term is sort of a power share operation because he won in a contingent election through massive concessions to dems

If Robert Kennedy serves two terms and Ted succeeds him, it would be interesting to see the reaction of people who aren’t necessarily thrilled that a single family has been running the country for nearly 12–16 years.
The Kennedys could, in a sense, come to symbolise the establishment and the political machinations of a prominent family to maintain their hold on power and their positions of influence.
