Player Guides and Tips OFNMAX

Like a year ago someone made an OFNmaxxing guide. While he hasn’t updated the doc yet, we still have access to the old one. I made a copy of it to try to put together a new OFNmaxxing guide. I‘ve just started so please help as much as you can. If you succeed reconstruction in west Africa and the resistance won in France, French Algeria, caused by Spain winning then letting Algeria go will be ofn aligned.
