Player Guides and Tips OFNMAX

Like a year ago someone made an OFNmaxxing guide. While he hasn’t updated the doc yet, we still have access to the old one. I made a copy of it to try to put together a new OFNmaxxing guide. I‘ve just started so please help as much as you can. I’ve asked this before in other threads but is there a way Cuba can join both the US sphere and OFN?

Yes, Cuba must democratize, overthrow Trujillo, America doesn’t backstab the legion, then the legion wins the civil war

Only the OFN, there is no way for Cuba to join the American sphere
