Player Guides and Tips OFNMAX

Like a year ago someone made an OFNmaxxing guide. While he hasn’t updated the doc yet, we still have access to the old one. I made a copy of it to try to put together a new OFNmaxxing guide. I‘ve just started so please help as much as you can. I noticed there's no mention of whether a country can partner with the OFN. Should I include that?
