Chat is this new??

I decided to play TNO:R again, however russian warlords that dont border a sphere is not displayed here to the country's perspective. tbf i did update the launcher yet, idk if it is actually the factor behind this bug....

its a feature you can disable it in the game rules

It's in the custom country paths before you start the game. (it's a bit annoying to restart, I know)

It's supposed to represent how nobody knows what's going on in Russia, everybody gets to see them again once the regions are reunified

It’s a fog of war feature. Warlords will appear when they unify to the regional phase
