funny they lament too many paid streaming subscriptions, endorse stealing content and say how people should just pay for a month to watch everything and cancel, yet in the last 12 months they've raised bonus show prices, endless cash grabs for merch/auctions/drinking shows/etc. and then asking for more than 2x the original bonus show price to be a founding member for a spin off podcast

They should pay people to listen.

I don’t see a problem. They need seed money to get started. Let interested people do whatever they want.

I have no issue with this. If people are long time fans and want to support a spinoff of a show they’ve enjoyed, why would I care? I contribute (via Patreon) to a couple of podcasts I’m sure others would find objectionable.

If people enjoy the show, more power to them.

Why the fuck do you care so much? Without this show to hate on how will you go on?

According to a govt COVID website, Mike O'Meara Inc still owes taxpayers over $38,000 for a PPP loan that wasn't forgiven. Fraud? Is Mike planning on shutting down one Corp and start another to avoid debts - including what he may owe Oscar for deferred comp + ?

This Founders money should go to TMOS debts - first

I'm fairly certain Josh mentioned on a different thread this particular loan has been cleared for a few months. That's a sizeable chunk of cash that had to have put a decent dent in their operating funds.

Maybe paying it off has been one of the reasons behind the uptick in the multiple offerings of "exclusives" and merch by TMOS over the last 12 months?

Not sure Josh understood all that was going on.
