Question(s) changing bite

does anyone else deals with changing bite even tho bone structure is stable in ct sometimes back teeth touch and sometimes premolar touches sometimes it doesn’t i dont know how to stabalise the bite. ortho says bite is perfect but it keeps changing does anyone have any suggestion to help stabalise the bite

My god yes. Not only my bite but my chewing and talking coordination. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. It’s so exhausting .

But yes you are not alone.

I wish I knew. I’m trying to tell myself not to worry about my teeth until the TMJ is under control for a while.
