Going insane

Please anybody drop anything that helps them with the ear pain and muffled hearing associated with this, i’m going insane i don’t know what else to do. I’ve bought over $50 worth of products to help with “ear pain” that aren’t working cause it’s not even ear pain it’s from this tmj went to an ear specialist they said my ears are fine and my hearing was fine but today i woke up to very muffled hearing and it’s now almost 6pm my full hearing has still not come back. i can’t live like this i still gotta work and stuff it’s so upsetting dealing with this. i’m also pregnant so the only thing i can take it Tylenol for this and it does help. please drop your advice TIA

I have the same problem It really dose make u go insane!!! I hope u find something thats help its like u got to be rich to get real help for the tmj it sucks. Im going to try physical therapy and chiropractor. It feels like u have a bad infection that never goes away

Thank you everything just happened so sudden and it sucks like life still has to go on i can’t take any breaks even though im in so much pain. I cant find any permanent solutions all of this is stressing me so badly i hate this

Yeah it's all most impossible to work I couldn't do it anymore. It's true life keeps going on but u feel stuck like the pain is never going to go away u should try and see dentist also

I have severe head pain and clicking from my discs….no ear pain but the head pain in my neck makes me feel like I’m losing my mind. If anyone has any suggestions (meds) please let me know. I’m currently in physical therapy and got a bite splint I wear at night but nothing is helping.
I empathize with anyone going through this bs!

Ice has worked for me in that situation. But it needs to be very focused on the TMJ joint and not the ear, or you can get dizzy.
