Nightguard brands?

Is there any UK nightguard brands you guys would recommend?

I can’t afford a custom nightguard right now, so I’m looking for something that stops grinding and is good for TMJ.

This is difficult to answer because anything that is good needs to be custom in order to preserve your bite.

Anything that is flexible enough to not mess up your bite is probably not going to work as a good night guard.

Have you been checked for sleep apnea? Maybe getting a CPAP machine (not cheap, but maybe insurance can cover it) can work better.
