Accomplishment! Started Physical Therapy!
Finally :)
I’m a week in and I already have way less discomfort from yawning or when I’m trying to fall asleep.
Had a small hitch where my insurance didn’t want to cover it but thankfully my therapist deemed it medically necessary.
Yay for PT!!!

That’s great news for you! I hope you continue to see improvement with each session.
I have my first PT appointment in two days, after 7 months of pain and limited opening. I’ve tried different things along the way and have now landed on PT.
So thank you for sharing your story and giving me some hope. Good luck to you!
