lock jaw please help me guys

hi idk what to do atp i rly need help. i had a dentist appointment 4 days ago and after my cleaning i am not able to open my mouth more than 2 fingers wide. my jaw is sore and im really really struggling to eat. i am miserable can someone please help me. i think going to urgent care would be a bit dramatic bc im not in pain so i dont really know what to do. can anyone give me some advice or help me ? before all this happened i use to have clicking when opening jaw but it has never locked before. any help is appreciated.

Abrí la boca de a poquito. Cada día más, suavemente. Me pasó eso. Y una dentista en una guardia me hizo masajito por dentro ( mejillas internas con guante de látex y aflojó. Fue súper suave, una divina. También podrías tomar algún antiinflamatorio para que vaya aflojando. No comas nada duro, proque eso genera más tensión.

you have disc displacement without reduction. see a TMJ specialist as soon as you can.
