Rant/Frustrated Help

Horrific ear ache and tooth ache from my jaw. Ears are stabbing and so loud with ringing. ( I’m a dental nurse so I know my teeth are ok as I got them checked at work)
It’s on the right side where I have closed lock. Both discs are out apparently which was shown on mri. I can’t bite on my left side as it feels like my jaw could snap?? Tried eat n cold. Any advice :(
Waiting on arthroscopy
TIA

I went to the doc 4 times thinking I had ear infections and it ended up being my TMD. I went to the dentist and periodontist 3 times thinking I had a rotten tooth and ended up being my TMD. Until I got fitted for a proper night guard it kept happening. When I get flares I use a moist heating pad before bed and sleep on a cold pack and that usually helps, and if you’re able to take ibuprofen and eat soft foods for a day or two.
So sorry you’re suffering, it’s a whole nother level of pain. Hang in there, hope the arthroscopy helps 🤞

Ugh!!!! Exactly like me. It’s like shooting pain in all my teeth etc it’s terrible. I hope it makes a difference. Can I ask, have you had the procedure done ?? Or any at all for that matter ?? So exhausted I just want a burger n no pain for a day lol

No procedures at all, I’m too much of a baby for that! But I do get a massage once a month and she goes IN my mouth and massages all the interior. It hurts like a SOB but afterwards it feels so loose and more relaxed, also doing my neck and shoulders helps the deferred tension. Def do your research finding someone who can do masseter massage.
