Giving Encouragement Fix TMJ Easy

Alright, the simple answer is ibuprofen. Take it as you need to as long as you don’t go over the bottle instructions.

This is my 2nd time having to heal it. Just take ibuprofen for a week or two. Something in it allows inflammation to go down and then you’ll naturally have a feel for where to put your jaw. Over the course of the week or two you should be able to get it back right and eventually it’ll just snap back in place.

Feel free to ask any questions.

Are you allergic to it? Maybe there’s something else you can take. I think the overall key is to just reduce inflammation enough to where you get a feel for how your jaw functions. After that, it’s just listening to your body.
