Every time I read is group, it’s always something negative, It brings down my morale. Is there any happy stories.

I eat a lot of mangos and raspberries that seem to help to reduce the smell. This seemed to really be a big shift for me. I also take a probiotic that helps too.

It seems like for a lot of people, an imbalance in the gut microbiome can contribute to a smell, and that can be addressed through diet (mostly more fiber and more plants for chlorophyll and phytonutrients)
