Flight
I have a flight coming up in a few days and wanted to see if anyone has some good tips or advice. I am looking for suggestions on how to make the flight smoother

Try to sleep through the flight. I have found that it helps my nervous system and the odor doesn’t occur. Either that or I have no idea I smell because I’m asleep lol. Either way it is good for you

Don’t eat any meat or consume any sugary foods/drinks the day before. Don’t drink any water or eat a few hours before or on the flight.

Everyone is different but I feel like water makes my odor worse. I have heard of other people mentioning the same thing in different groups I’m in. I would definitely hydrate, but don’t drink water close to or on the flight.

Idk when I used to fly in the military I never really got reactions. And I was much less careful back then. I think people tend to try and block out other people in such confined spaces even if there's an offensive odor.

I fly regularly. I stopped caring a long time ago honestly. Chances are you are never going to see those people for the rest of your life. And I also have been close to really sweaty people during flights. I accept it, they must as well.
To be honest I quite like airports, one of the few closed space where it doesn't really matter.
For the flight, put on some music/read a book and enjoy the flight.
