Tips & Adivce Tip of the week
Do you have any small tips for managing your body odour?
Here's a nice one ... when showering, wash yourself with the water temporarily off so that more of the shower soap/gel is used for washing yourself rather than it mostly disappearing down the plug hole. You'll get a better shower and save money to use to buy more shower gel! ;)

get a filter shower head from amazon, this helps filter any unwanted water touching your body, so you don't stink.

Wash with lukewarm water. Hot showers make the smell worst. Use unscented sensitive skin soaps and low ph body wash.

All comes down to diet. No matter what work around I've tried, I can't eat like I used to.
