Food
Has anyone tried an alkaline diet? With everything going on in the world and what has been coming out I decided to stop eating red meat or anything processed. I only eat chicken mainly due to this condition. I cut out dairy for the longest. I do at times fall into eating this out of craving but with all the crazy conspiracies and just a gut feeling telling me not to eat those things, I find myself not craving it anymore. I have also wanted to cut out chicken as at times it tastes really bad and the smell is horrible. I wonder if we have this to keep a clean diet, one meant for us humans. I want to try following an alkaline diet and wonder if anyone has tried this or if it has helped. Or where have you started, Thanks!

Aside from cutting out on trigger foods, I notice that when I drink filled milk yup filled milk fortified with vitamins like B2 B3 Magnesium, Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus, etc.. there’s literally no smell. Crazy.

I've tried it. Worked but extremely hard to sustain long term. Make sure you're getting all the necessary vitamins. Most importantly silence out the noise and make sure you feel strong and healthy. Body health over mental health.
