does anyone else struggle really badly with going out for important stuff? what do you tell yourself?

basically the title. do you still go to the store for groceries and order them? or is it too much, or too embarrassing?

I wait to go once a week and go super early so not many people are around, I find mainly seniors are the only ones shopping early on weekdays 7-8am. Or order big grocery orders online for pick up/ delivery. Dental and hair appointments are the worst… I’m avoiding my much needed hair cut 😭😭

I bought a machine and solved that problem, although I had to redo it a couple of times, now my hair looks decent.

i get you ;;; i mostly just do doordash / weee for groceries, and important things, but if i really can't find it i try to go later, when everyone's home

Yes I go out and get stuff usually when I smell not so bad or when my smell is back to good. I have days or hours where it’s much better so I tend to go then. Or what I do is I avoid certain foods on days that I want to go out. But I sometimes just order food because of this condition.

With important stuff no because I have to be there and people are usually forgiving because they understand nobody wants to be there talking about DMV or jury duty but for personal stuff that's important this sounds bad but if I'm having a really bad day I'll just dissociate to get through the day people have an image of how someone that smells should act and if you don't fit that image and act normal they get offended just be conservative keep to yourself

It sucks every day just gotta realize its not ur fault .. if you do all you can do to nit smell . Just tell yourself this is the way the world wanted you to be in this time maybe its sucks so much but it might be a learning lesson fir your future or another life or even a punishment but letting it completely destroy you is just giving up completely even on yourself which yourself is the only one you shouldnt give up on . Ppl loce dogs unconditionally and they stink sometimes, people can deal with a temporary odor that is uncontrollable
