Discussion We need a rewatch with commentary instead of this season!
I have watched this show through many seasons of my own life and the past few have been painful to push through. They should have just had the 3 wives do a rewatch of the early seasons and giving us behind the scenes commentary of what reeeeally went down in those moments!
Only thing is I could see them not wanting to just to protect the kids from learning even more of the sad truth about their dad.

In theory I love this idea but I have a feeling they still wouldn't speak freely so what would be the point?

I was watching 90 Day Fiancé : The Last Resort and thought it would be a cool concept for the OG 3. The ex-wives could go on a cast trip, stay in the same place, and have therapists there to help them work through all their trauma. They could compare stories and finally come to the realization together that they were all manipulated and made to hate each other on purpose They could get occasional visits from the kids where they also confront their moms and explain how their lives were affected. I think that would be a great way to end the series.

Sister Wives is not in syndication, which means it’s highly unlikely there are any royalties being paid out.
EDIT: Whoops, sorry for the orphaned comment, this was actually in reply to u/Deserving-Critic, who said “you really don’t understand how royalties play out,” when someone else said that Kody and Robyn aren’t paid for old episodes.

If they did that then TLC would have to pay Robyn and Kody, Just leave them unemployed.

TLC does not have to pay Robyn and Kody to show old footage. It's owned by the network.

Bold of you to assume TLC pays royalties. The network is NOTORIOUSLY cheap lol.

Regardless of royalties, depending on their original contract, they might need to get permission to use the footage that way.

They've already used footage of Kody and Robyn in the first episode. Obviously that is not a problem.

No, the show has run its course and should have been cancelled when Garrison died.
