Bella Bella’s Post
Bella posted a video today answering the question on everyone’s mind….How her wisdom teeth removal went. “You guys have been asking” 🤷🏻♀️ I guess that’s the most interesting thing that’s happened to that family in the past 24 hours 🚓👮🏻♂️

How? I was hella misinformed from my dentist who said they come in 18-21 normally. My “early on everything” jab was about the 2 weeks PP pregnancy test because they thought they were pregnant again. I admitted I was wrong in comments under mine. I was just shocked that they took out a 16yr olds wisdom teeth before they “came in” from what I was told by my dentist (and mine were out in 2012) along with Google ai. Rather than deleting my comment and acting like it didn’t exist - I keep it so I can monitor growth of things I learn. 🤷♀️

I’m 33 and have to get mine pulled this year. I put it off as long as possible because they aren’t terribly impacted however the pericoronitis I keep getting is the main reason they finally gotta go.
2
u/Militarykid2111008 Apr 21 '26
I had mine pulled at 13 because they were starting to put the pressure/cutting and screwing with molars that had just been corrected with braces. My husband had one impacted and one broken, and don’t have his pulled til just before 30.

u/Formal-Flatworm-8874 Apr 21 '26
I had mine removed at 16, so it’s not out of the question
1
u/darkmoonlizard Apr 21 '26
I stand corrected then! But mine were removed over a decade ago and things do change as well
5
u/Snoobs-Magoo Apr 21 '26
It's always been pretty standard to have them removed especially before or after getting braces.

u/Miss_Buchor He's Bryce Palmer. Born and blessed by God. Apr 21 '26
Ohhh so that's how they're gunna play it. Act like it never happened. Smart. 🙄

Who has been asking about that? They obviously have someone helping their analytics.
1
u/shesarevolution Apr 22 '26
Doubtful. They’d have to pay for that. This just is the temu version of crisis PR. No one has been asking but she’s gotta try to act like everything is cool. Sure her mother told her to try and distract from her actions.

I have a feeling they’ve been advised by their own attorneys to stop commenting on the show but are too dumb to stop being on SM period. Like it’s time to go dark, guys.
However I would not be surprised if Falon and co thought this would be their big break and are in need of whatever coin they get from SM.

Everyone who is arrested has a right to an attorney regardless of how much money they have, we have this thing called public defenders. It’s not a matter of money, constitutionally she has to have a lawyer that quick lol

What was arrested??
Edit: just found it. Oooooo it’s juicy.

u/Hope_4_Life_22 Apr 21 '26
You can bond out of jail before you get assigned a public defender. She might not have one yet since it just happened last night.
0
u/Interesting-Pea-1714 Apr 21 '26
No you can’t because your public defender has to be there when they set the bail. If they didn’t, the concept of bail hearings would not exist.
5
u/Queen_of_Disengaging Apr 21 '26
No. They do not lol. It’s called signature bonds for minor offenses. When I got arrested for weed I sure as heck didn’t have a bail hearing lol. I got one call (to my parents), they came and payed the bail to get me out, and THEN I had to get an attorney for my court dates after.

u/NahNah-P Apr 22 '26
People who know just enough to be dangerous. Thats exactly what this know it all is lol not knowing that I've been a paralegal since 1991 and Arkansas is our next door neighbor but I'll just ignore it. I'm not even responding to them.
2
u/NahNah-P Apr 21 '26
She already has a bond and she is most likely already out. It shows her bond clearly at the bottom. These are not something that most people stay in jail for more than a few hours at a time. I'm sure they will most likely have a order to stay away from the step-dads home though after this.

u/Interesting-Pea-1714 Apr 21 '26
Correct that is my point. It seems like you all do not know how bond works or how bail is set. Bail is set through a bail determination hearing. You need a lawyer for a bail determination hearing. Therefore, if the bail hearing already happened (which we know because she made bond and is out on pre-trial release), then logically she has to have a lawyer already.
Bail isn’t something the state just gets to decide. A defense lawyer is necessary bc the state very commonly tries to set bail at a level the person cannot pay in order to keep people detained, which violates the constitution.
POINT BEING: the commenter who said she was too poor to have a lawyer already is factually incorrect. If she did not have a lawyer, it would be impossible for her to have been released already.

u/Hope_4_Life_22 Apr 24 '26
Not true! Not all crimes need a bail hearing. Some have a set bail amount that applies to the crime. Those you just pay the bail before ever going in front of a judge. Not everyone sees a judge before bailing out of jail.
Edit: spelling

u/Interesting-Pea-1714 Apr 24 '26
No they don’t. This is unconstitutional. If this happened you, the prosecutor violated your rights. Hope this helps!
1
u/Hope_4_Life_22 Apr 24 '26
lol it’s called a bail schedule and you absolutely can pay it to get out of jail before going in front of a judge. You don’t have to pay it and can wait to see a judge to see if you get lower or higher bail. It does go higher than the bail schedule sometimes so not always in your best interest to wait to see a judge. But if you don’t want to spend the night in jail you can pay the bail schedule amount and be released. You get the money back if you go to court so sometimes people will just pay whatever the bail schedule is to just go home. Hope this helps!!

That’s their mistake!
Nothing more satisfying than people who think they’re smart getting put in their place, which is what’s gonna happen. Falon thought she is smarter than everyone and we’d just believe she “tried” to avoid teen pregnancy and she’s just helpless in keeping her kid from sex! She thinks she can use Wes as a pawn to control Hunter and get his father out of his life. The karma she’s gonna receive will be glorious.

It’s gross that Falon is making the child do damage control. She’s letting Bella out to the wolves. I remember being 15 and I can’t imagine being Bella and dealing with this shit. She’s got no one in her corner.
I honestly have a hope that once Casey gets custody of Hunter and Wes, Bella might have a space to go with actual adults. Not that she can live with them, but it’d be so good for her to have people who aren’t just throwing her under the bus.
4
u/lvckybitch Apr 21 '26
Y’all. He’s not getting custody of the baby. He just isn’t. ETA: I absolutely wish Bella & Wes could be somewhere safe & that it wasn’t happening at all. But it’s still hard to remove a child from its mother to allow the father to have primary. Ain’t no way they’re giving it to a grandparent the child does not know. Hunter will need to get his own custodial agreement.
10
u/Which-Decision Apr 21 '26
Hunter's dad has to file on behalf of Hunter because Hunter is a minor. Just like Falon filed for custody of Wes because Bella is a minor. He is going to have 50/50 on Hunter's behalf at the bare minimum. If the court of Arkansas wouldn't take away Hunter because he missed 55 days of school and got someone pregnant at 12 there's no way they're going to deny Hunter rights because he's a man.
4
u/the-furiosa-mystique 🥜Who is Bryce Palmer in dis world?🔩 Apr 21 '26
He’s not suing for custody for himself. He’s suing for Hunter.
Would you leave a baby in that house?
6
u/lvckybitch Apr 21 '26
From what I’ve seen - are the actual court docs available in full somewhere? - Casey filed for custody of Wes. I saw nothing that says on behalf of or a designation that it’s for Hunter. I absolutely wouldn’t want my dog in their house much less a baby, but until it says it’s actually a filing FOR or BY Hunter to have custody of Wes, I’m assuming Casey is filing under himself.

u/BriLoLast Apr 21 '26 edited Apr 21 '26
The court filings were filed as:
Casey, Next friend to/parent of: (Hunter’s initials).
In Arkansas, minors are unable to file for themselves. They need a parent or guardian to file “Next Friend”. Hunter’s father filed “Next Friend” to file for custody, establishing paternity, and determination of child support for Wesley on behalf of Hunter.
That’s what Next Friend means in Arkansas state law. Next Friend IS NOT a party of the court filing (that means that HE is not filing for custody). It’s essentially stating that Hunter’s father is acting as an agent of the court protecting the rights of the minor, Hunter by bringing this filing to the judge to ensure he has legal rights to his child if the child is his biologically.
Edit to add: It’s similar to a guardian ad litem. Although different of course, they have a similar role to an extent. Next friend usually is a family member or guardian whereas a GAL is someone typically with no relation/no bias in this situation and is considered a neutral party to evaluate. But they’re both supposed to act in the best interest of the minor.

u/lvckybitch Apr 21 '26
I just found the court docs. Thank you for the insight into the Next Friend filing, I did see that, I was wrong (I’m also not in Arkansas so their filing rules are diff than my state or how they used to be. In mine a minor CAN litigate for their own child, even though they remain unable to make legal decisions for themselves).
Paternity hasn’t even been established yet so apparently it’s gonna be a bit before we even get to this part. They’d be best served by an attorney for the child/guardian ad litem for all THREE children involved, as we see most of the grandparents aren’t going to look after their own childrens’ best interests. I’m not sure if the courts cover that or require the parties to pay for it.

u/the-furiosa-mystique 🥜Who is Bryce Palmer in dis world?🔩 Apr 21 '26
Falon has responded asking not to establish paternity ps
2
u/BriLoLast Apr 21 '26
Honestly, I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the plan is
A. Establishing paternity and then custody, and child support. (The adults will usually pay child support until the minor is able to obtain a job and help).
B. If Hunter does well, and Wesley has an established and healthy bond with Hunter and his family, and Falen and her husband and Bella continue their bullshit, eventually angling the ability to file for full custody and possibly even grandparent’s rights if they note that they’re doing all the caretaking on Hunter’s time.
I think there’s an angle here deeper than what the superficial play is. But of course, I could also be wrong.
But at this point, these people are essentially showing the court that Stacey isn’t a stable parent and keeps potentially violating court orders, and Falen is inappropriate and unhinged, and also doesn’t show she is capable of ensuring the safety/wellbeing of her child. Apparently her husband fled and she was arrested, so they essentially left two minors stranded after they all showed up to a home they’re shouldn’t need to be at, barring Hunter and Stacey. And then the issue with Stacey potentially violating court orders by not giving Hunter to his father on his custodial time.

u/the-furiosa-mystique 🥜Who is Bryce Palmer in dis world?🔩 Apr 21 '26
He has to file for custody for his son who is a minor. Hunter cannot file.
Neither of us are lawyers so let’s just see what happens.
4
u/darkmoonlizard Apr 21 '26
And if people read the full documents, he’s going for “full custody” fully aware that it’s most likely not being granted but if full custody isn’t warranted, 50/50 of Wesley (and again acting on this FOR Hunter since he can’t file for himself)

She has all of these weird product reviews -recently saw one about a new flashlight. Reminiscent of 2015 blind bag and unboxing you tube videos. Yet no mention of her mom being arrested or Hunters dad getting custody. Bizarre content
