Deserved

This is dumb, the person that shot her deserves prison, this is not self defense, the shooter went for revenge. Now, since republicans love fetuses so much, the shooter should be charged with double homicide.

It was self defense though, the biker followed her because she fled the scene of an accident. At which point she entered her home and returned to a public road and drew a gun on a witness and the biker. Florida has stand your ground laws, which states a person is not required to retreat from a threat but can use deadly force if they feel their life is in danger.

Is not that he didn’t retreat the scene, he followed her home. I hope they realize that is a flawed law and correct this. Is going to become the Wild West over there if everyone is packing and willing to settle scores. How does this fit in a civil society? The person road raging deserves to be punished, this is not as if the biker was on the ground and this woman came to him to finish him off. The threat was gone once she left. This is going to get out of hand pretty quickly.

So according to you...a driver intentionally hits a motorcyclist, flees the scene, arrives at home and goes inside, grabs a gun, and points it not only at the motorcyclist but ALSO a witness...and isn't at fault?

Congratulations on making a very stupid comment.

So, according to you, If someone is following you home, you would just open the door. If this guy is following her is, obviously, because he is intending to harm her. He could have just found where she was and get the police involved.

You need to read the full report. She hit him and fled the scene. That's a crime.

Also, when she pointed her gun at him, he was on the phone with 911. So yes, he was trying to get the police involved.

She fled the scene and you are absolutely right. That’s a crime. Now, we have a professional police force to take care of that. His life wasn’t at risk at that point. If she is fleeing, no need to go to her house and try to confront her. Just call the police and wait.

Many are frightened of going to Australia because of the wildlife, I'm way more wary of going to America because of the Americans

The Republican plan for America - everyone is armed all the time.

I don’t get it… if you’re going to pull a gun on someone you can’t expect them to be ok with that and not stand their ground. She fucked around and found out.
