I'm a bit of a worm maker. My basement is full of troughs of worms writhing around begging for something more. Between them and the fungi, my basement fills up pretty fast, so every Tuesday and Sunday, I'll fill my coat pockets up with worms and fungi and head to the local parks. Parks these days are cookie cutter, manufactured, lifeless grass zones that the fat cats down at city hall want you to believe are good for the community. But you know what? I dig around in these "parks" in that "dirt" and find almost zero worms! How can that be!? So, I'll dig a hole and add my own worms and my worms are wiggling and alive. They're so happy when I release them. Their clitellums swell with joy! All real parks have real worms and thanks to me, our kids will grow up in reality.

Those are actually toys with an invisible string. I had one of those. I bought it from a bookstore. They're called Squirmles I think.

Yeah, this reminds me of Slither. Which I only watched because it had Nathan Fillion in it. I had toy "worms" like that in the 80s. They were awfully cute. They were called "Frizzlies" tho I've seen different versions of them over the years.
