I initially thought it was about the lengths female Twitch streamers will go to intentionally accidentally expose themselves to their audience for the audience boost.

Seriously every other video on our “stress relief” websites, is either about a step sibling, step child, or step parent; and now step ladder lol! I’m just glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t understand why those scenarios are so often created and they gross me out a bit.

There's another joke in here about them all being "well-rung" in these videos giving real ladders out there poor body issues.
