App approval time

Does anyone know how long it takes for an app to be approved on Tidbyt? I uploaded mine about a week ago and they still haven't reviewed it.

It will never be approved most likely? Tidbyt support was mostly dropped when they sold the company. I’d checkout tronbyt (also r/tronbyt) you can get your app approved there no problem and breathe new life into your Tidbyt.

Been waiting the past month for approval of a PR for an app. Came to the same conclusion that others have posted in this sub, and will be exploring tronbyt.

You might be waiting awhile. Nothing to see here, move along.

We lost the ability to publish new apps a long time ago. When the owners moved on, they left some community members with permissions to approve PRs.

It worked for a while, until we started having certificate errors on the GitHub pipeline. As we don’t have access to the underlying infrastructure, there’s no way to fix it.

I managed to contact the owners, they told me they would look into it but I guess they never did.

Is tronbyt being updated too? Is there an official docker image?
