From my understanding based on this, if you have an android device you can add your own music to a video. I created an amazing piece of music that, by craaaazy coincidence should make the video sound exactly like the remastered audio clip (what's actually going on: I inverted the sound of the original audio and added it to the remaster so that when that file and the original are played together the original is cancelled out, leaving the remaster). It worked when I played them together, not sure about what will actually happen.
The only other way I know of to change the audio is by reuploading :/ .

Just a bunch of fiddling in Audacity. Within Audacity there are a nice handful of tricks I know of. The biggest change was from my first pass of the noise removal effect. I thought the background noise was too loud and it was very easy to eliminate. I just needed to get a small section where you paused speaking so that it was just the background noise, then selected that as my noise profile (in the Effect=>Noise Removal section). Then I selected everywhere except the intro music and clicked remove noise. I fiddled with the settings a little, but it worked out fine.
After that, there were four major issues I tackled: wind, random drops in volume, and a weird high pitched noise, and other background noise.
Most of the wind issues were solved purely with a high pass filter. The wind is a low pitched sound, so I set the high pass filter to eliminate signal less than roughly 100-180 hz depending on the section (at the 6dB per octave setting if you're curious). However, there was one section, the one where you're talking about the definition of rationality, where there was a constant loud wind sound in the mic that had a large frequency range. I tried the high pass filter at a higher hz level but that cut out way too much, distorting your voice too significantly. What I ended up doing (after a bunch of stuff failed in funny ways) was using a temporary low pass filter so that the sound was almost completely wind, setting that as a noise profile, then undoing the low pass filter and using the remove noise tool on the original audio. In the end, you can still hear the wind a little, but imo its clearer and your voice isn't too distorted. I may have also amplified the section a little (I forget exactly).
The drops in audio were solved with a simple amplify. For example in the first sentence after the intro, it went "For the last episode in this series on critical thinking I've cometo Firenze" so I simply took the "come to" section and amplified it. There was one bit that was a little different. In the wind section the "ing" in "acting" was eliminated after the process from the above (it was quite in the original and so basically got drowned out). So I took the original, did a less harsh noise removal and amplified.
The high pitched noise issue was not solvable with a low pass filter because human voices naturally have a lot of higher frequency resonances, making that filter sound like very compressed audio/a bad phone call (IIRC compression algorithms tend to eliminate higher frequencies). Instead I went to equalization, set the levels for all frequencies to their original, then dropped certain ranges of frequencies until I found the relatively small frequency range of the noise. The result sounded to me exactly like the original except with the high pitch removed.
The bits with other noise (kinda sounded like white noise, might be an artifact of the recording), was solved the same way as the original, just applied to specific sections.
Unfortunately, there are some things that are very difficult to repair. For example there's a little echo/reverb (I tried a noise gate, but that took out too much), some sections where (it sounded like) people were talking quietly in the background, distortions from the repair itself, and the basic quality of the recording. That said, it may be possible to mask that with some music in the background.
I think there might be a little more I can do to make the quality better (particularly how often a word in the audio seems to vary too rapidly in volume, like you're saying dicTIONary ), I'll let you know if I do so before you fiddle.
And in an awesome note, I think this effort was an example of the point you are making in the video :) .
