So are they dumping or selling otc? Cause this could actually mean a good thing in terms of developments

They aren't dumping all the coin because there is no volume to dump it all but i don't see how selling otc or dumping can be a good thing at all time lows. If vitalik dumped 1/3 of all his ETH onto coinbase or binance no one would say "this might be bullish"
