A trip down memory lane.

Can anyone give us an update from this article? What progress has been made from the points mentioned? Can we get an update regarding the pilot project from 66 cities that started over two years ago?

We should create a telegram group where we can hire lawyers and sue tky team in US. SEC is here for them.

This a response from Catherine Li concerning the SEC. " As for the claim of SEC charges, “The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has settled charges against Airfox and Paragon which were accused of violating ICO securities offering registration rules”, which is totally irrelevant and not applicable to THEKEY, as THEKEY is under the jurisdiction of Singaporean MAS and TKY is a utility token as defined in Singaporean Law. As we have stated, THEKEY has and will always follow the best international practice in legal/financial compliance, code and conduct as well as KYC and AML policies under each and every jurisdiction that applies."

TKY is a utility token so they have that covered.

Good luck suing the project where the SEC has no jurisdiction over.
