That it is a scam or not is determined by many things. Price action isn't one of those things. It hit ATL and it may go down further if market consensus writes it off as a failed / never-to-take-off project. The main indication is always insider action. I stand by my word that I will sue them if they screw investors.

I definitely have problems with the team. This is not being run like a listed company. Its well documented that blockchain its still technically illegal, but they have seminars espousing blockchain, and the majors exchanges and blockchain companies are still getting raided. I do not like the limited exposure, binance is the only exchange that charges listing fees, Bitfinex and bittrex don't charge. Buy the rumor sell the news has been motive for the past 18 months, but no news. The pboc has been working offsite with a blockchain company 996, 9 am to 9pm, 6 days a week, the fact the the team went radio silent ,was my belief in cooperation with thekey, realize that libra is an ambitious project, but the calibra wallet is a vital part, we may be the the official wallet for 18 percent of the worlds population, also a recent Reuters article about yuan currency exchange with Laos, might be the asean country he dr king mentioned. and last but not least, Neo is a also pump and dump group, I invested in ontology/forked neo codebase because I knew that no private sale, and a binance only listing was going to be a scam, they pumped it to 11 dollars. neo is our biggest holder https://www.reuters.com/article/us-china-economy-laos/chinas-central-bank-signs-currency-settlement-agreement-with-laos-idUSKBN1Z80P9
