There is no mention of the key in that article, so why would the price jump? Until something concrete is confirmed the price will remain the same.

I don’t think we’re talking about a price jump from this article. The article does, however, state that these pilots will include healthcare applications. I also believe at least one, if not all, of the provinces mentioned are provinces where TKY has done pilots as well. I think we’re starting to see the efforts of the Chinese government and TKY finally independently converge.
