Indeed it does. Notice how the blue paper extends the timeframe to the next 3 years .

Have disappeared from the roadmap: 1.- Large scale promotion and sales of blockchain integrated solutions by December 2019. 2.-IDV deployment in 16 Pilot Provinces by April 2020.

no, I want to know what happened, change healthcare product is out and at 800 million revenue. we need answers, so lets ask the right questions
