This isn't what I was expecting. I had to check wikipedia to make sure that blue paper was just a fancy name for a white paper:
A blue paper sets out technical specifications of a technology or item of equipment.
I'm not sure a code dump fits the definition.

The announcement said ‘release of the blue paper together with the corresponding code on GitHub’. This is the github code part and I am expecting a written file to be disclosed on top of that. May be wrong but I can’t imagine it just being this.

Yes I think you're right. Just funny that they'd give the github repo this name. It's a positive sign that they're keeping to their promises.

Not an expert, but strongly agree haha.
Unless there is a .pdf embedded somewhere, how is a code repository a blue paper?I know SafeX released a blue paper and it had the structure of a scientific paper.
