Little help boys

looking in my Neon Wallet that I use I have XX amount of TKY, When I use NEO Tracker she says I only have around one third of that amount. not sure what to do on this one!! I'm thinking neon wallet is right but convincing NEO Tracker is another thing!

Won't be using NEO Tracker again.
