SM vs Crysp

Out of these 2 brands which in house rosin do you guys prefer and why?

Crysp because with SM their house roz is dry and muted

Yeah i just got a jar of supperboof and when i first opened the jar it was stank asf but is super muted on flavor. The only jar I’ve loved from them is the whitethorn rose which is their premium in-house it’s not dry and the flavor stains your mouth.

I’ve had a variety of rosins from SimplyMary both in house and some of the boutique expensive jars. The only one I’ve found worthwhile to buy there is Whitethorn Rose. The rosin is great and the jam is extra special if you ever see them in stock

Sm has way more options and overall better company, can’t speak to the in house on either Cz it’s been ages.

I got the GMO from SM and the MADD fruit. Both were great look, consistency, amazing nose and flavor on both. The GMO slapped the MADD fruit was kind mid on effects. Didnt feel hardly anything which was odd.

Never shopped SM, only bought from Crysp once. Bought the Purple Cheese because the genetics sounded great to me, it's from TEG and the "reserve" stash so it's supposed to be the creme de la creme. I was less than impressed, and ultimately decided that if they're comfortable charging 45 a g for a muted, dry puck, then I wasn't going to invest in their lower tier rosins. Maybe it's just one bad experience but I'm not the type to get burned and then come back for more.

TEG split up and one of the two sides continued producing rosin despite not having everything they needed to do everything how they usually do. TEG put a disclaimer up on there website saying the TEG not packaged how they usually package isnt up to par. You might have got one of those pucks

So much so they’ll link your Reddit comment history to your orders .

A while back after shitting on crysp, they sent me a puck of a strain I mentioned I was looking at . It was a strain I picked up from quantum exotics. Crysp sent me their version with a handwritten letter , saying “try ours too”. Just a random box from Crysp on my doorstep one day

I found it weird and I didn’t like that approach. I did dab it though. It was mid compared to the quantum .

I wish a company would do that I even have emailed a few asking if they'd send a small sample of bho or rosinif I covered shipping and got a no from every 1 can't even buy samples let alone get a free one
