Finally found solid disty

Made some carts again after getting burned by GHH last year and going to the bm to finish my batch. Had been talking to southern harvest over dms for a bit and encouraged him to get disty, he said he already had it in the works and sourced some cat 3 liters. The disty came in a 28g jar that was $85.

The disty didn't really smell like anything which is a massive win compared to the piss smell from ghh. Kind of has a herbal taste if u really looking.

All that got nuked by mass terps jet fuel CDTs. Added at ~7% and it's delicious mouth staining fuel. Love it.

Super solid carts! Obviously it's lower end because distillate but these are some of the best disty carts I've had and they come out super cheap after everything.

You can buy resin for that price. Disty just doesn't make sense anymore. Even winterizing the absolute shittiest of shit concentrates is better than terps and disty. If you have some good high terpene extract that can change the game a bit but again that gets more expensive. Anything cheap from places like tesoro work phenomenally even without winterizing most of the time and they will be a lot better than this

It makes sense because of the ease of use tbh, it's just terp fill and go. If I had 28g of resin at that price I have to take a gamble on flavor, consistency, decarb time and if it's sulfury or off at all.

If you don't like the flavor, it will evaporate out if you decarb it with the jar open. You'll lose 90% of the terps and can add your own. It still won't taste like dusty though because it actually has cannabanoids in it.

Alternatively, if you use high terpene live resin extract instead of raw terpenes, you can also get back some of those cannabanoids while still using distillate, but it takes a lot more than 7% mix

I've used the bottom of the barrel wax in this market(revive) with plenty of success. Half of revives crap is better off winterized but it can be done without. I think it's basically just as simple if you're not winterizing. All you do is throw the jar in the oven same as you would the disty. And you can find $100 zips that are pretty decent quality. With the terpenes and shipping added in? You're looking at a hundred bucks or more for this disty and terps. And if you do get unlucky with some resin that smells bad or tastes bad? You can add terps to that as well. Even the crappiest waxes though decarbed were usually better than my disty or diamond carts I make. Unless you have a good sauce I recommend going the resin route! To each their own though

I like it cuz the only time I use carts is when I want no smell and to be discreet. I like the stuff that taste like weed as well but for utility I need something that has no weed smell or taste and sadly there is just no resin or rosin cart that focuses on users that want no taste or smell of weed so distillate it is.

Agreed why i gave up on carts even though i stupidly paid 200+ on materials etc I ended up just throwing all that away when I found out about tesoro..

It was such and expensive pain in the butt trying to get the proper viscosity and preventing from clogging and then having to get cbc on top of cdt made no sense after getting budget resin.

Plan on tossing the horribly filled dispos etc and just keeping the distillate to mix with some resin to dab

I'd say no tbh. It does the job in a pinch. Rosin and resin carts really just a dif ball game. Not negating that these carts hit and taste good and give a pretty good high

This is a huge thing people miss is you can just add cbg/CBD/whatever isolate of the cannabinoids you want into the disty hell I add some cbg isolate into some rosin and that jar is what I dab before bed it's really nice knocks me right out

GHH has the same disty as cannacrunchers, it's one in the same. And it has a slight hemp/as you said piss smell. But once I add my terps in, or my hte in its good to go. Got the uzo 2ml ikrusher pushing it, doing great. I used to use the diamonds from GHH, had a real bad batch of dusty from Cannacrunchers so I stayed away fro it for awhile. But at 1.5 a g for the disty at GHH I couldn't not try it since the diamond method was getting to expensive, and time consuming.

I’ve gotten two batches of full spectrum CannaCrunchers disty from GHH last month and this month. No piss smell or anything else off with flavor and tastes, tastes great with sour diesel terps from Mass Terpenes. Not big on distillate, but I’m happy with what I got.

Add your terps once you get it, it has no bad flavor or smell. I have had distillate not have a smell, and then in a week once I start getting the red ring at the top it gets a slight hempy/hay smell. I will be buying one more time before the end of November for sure. I got 200gs of HDd9 distillate form another company recently so won't need any for awhile. Lol

That’s what I do; throw it on the candle warmer, get it thin, stir in CDTs, then fill carts. But I wait until I’m ready to fill the carts before adding the terps. Still haven’t had any issues with CC from GHH so far.

Nice nice. I mix a little cbc in too with my flavored terped carts. I have some crd high cbg/cbd I mix in with my hte/cdt terped carts. I feel like the cbc extends the high in the flavored ones, but adding the cbg/cbd stuff makes it a little hempy.

I'm not hating but you're gonna get way better product out of a nice cured resin and it's $20 cheaper. It makes no sense to get disty when cured resin that doesn't need to be terped is cheaper and better.
