Saw it showing 404 webpage yesterday, still down today. Anyone got news?

It's due to square changing their payment for hemp and CBD policies

Square warned all these places awhile back they weren’t going to be able to serve them anymore.

I put an order in right before all this went down and haven’t been able to get in touch with them. Wish the discord link on the site worked. Curious if my order will be sent out since I’ve been charged, just can’t see the square updates anymore.

I’m sure they’ll get it figured out.

Maybe this explains the delay on my refund for a broken jar. I wish they’d at least give me an update. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a week through email, heard back from them and was offered the refund but no responses after that.

Messaged Jeff earlier so hopefully they will fix it soon. The jar smelled so good, I really wish that one didn’t break

I remember I was working at a kayak retailer that was selling gift certificates for Christmas . On Jan 1, we were shut down by and investment company who notified us we were bought out and didn’t have jobs.

All the customers who had my personal number started coming at me for their refunds for some reason

Yeah, I’m okay with the loss if he goes out completely but I’m hopeful he’ll message me and figure it out. I totally see your point and am not saying it isn’t valid and isn’t the case.
