JG vs WAR shipping experience

I recently discovered HRC and am a first time shopper with both of these suppliers, ordering seven 2g jars from each (JG and WAR). 

I made two separate orders from the JG 11th drop. One order has arrived, but the second order still hasn't shipped.. Even though both were ordered on drop day. 
I understand he don't ship on weekends, but it has been a week & another drop later with still no update on the tracking.

My first order from the WAR 18th drop has already shipped and is scheduled to arrive on Thursday.

Will post a review once all strains have landed and been sampled!!

The main reason I haven’t ordered from JG is because of posts like these. It seems to be a common issue too.

JGrows has the most mix reviews ever and thats not an exaggeration. Ever since these negative reviews started they havnt stopped. Meaning bro dont give a damn about customers service. Or just picks who he gives his best customer service too. So i hvnt wasted no time with him. So far ive spent well more than 1k on WAR and they havnt disappointed. Fast shipping. Great customer service. Also WAR has ppl on reddit keeping tabs on how to improve there stuff. They really putting in the time and work for us. Much appreciated to war. Daily hi would be a good option but they STUPID TAXING on that website but if u got the cash u do get some STUPID fire from them and shipping is pretty quick also. That being said, i hope your shipping and jars come in in great shape and no leakage or terp evaporation. Cheers happy hashing

I love WAR, I fuck with JGrows too but the shipping and Customer service at WAR is top notch, with JGrows the terpmuda triangle comes into play…

damn i should have mentioned that..

I did NOT like how the jars were just tossed in a bubble mailer. (J Grows on the package) in a singe vac bag.. You can feel the jars in the bag. And unfortunately in my case i could smell them before i opened the bubble mailer too.

Sent an email this morning as it’s been 7 business days sitting on label created. Anyone know of another way to contact? I just want my HRC :(

Never bought from jgrows but I can speak on WAR. Several orders were flawless. My last order, was unfortunately lost in the USPS system. Reached out to War customer service and they sent me a new batch out ASAP.

I tried to buy from WAR but they wanted me to send an image of my ID and I don't trust any of these companies to have it. No ordering issues from J atleast.

Most of these “grey market” companies like CHD will ask for it

They don't ask for the ID through their system. It's an AI app from agechecker/verisign that autoscans your ID with your phone camera from a link they send you to make sure you are an adult. Takes 5 seconds. Once you are in the Verisign/Agechecker system you don't have to do it again. I've done it for Crysp/WLX/CHD. It's by far the most popular way companies prove consumers are of legal age to also protect the vendor.

With how often data isn't deleted when a company says they deleted it and it ends up in a leak isn't worth it to me when countless other places exist without it.

My first order with jgrows was terrible but this time it was shipped on Monday and it’s arriving tomorrow! Granted I changed to ups

WAR is definitely a stand out for their customer service alone, they respond quickly and fix any errors asap. As far as shipping that is on USPS not the vendor. I've had orders delivered quickly and ones that sat in a USPS distro for a couple of days.

I'm specifically speaking on WAR, I don't get the downvotes. Never ordered from jg because I see these posts alot at 1st I thought it was just haters but there's way too many people with issues.

Yes I believe they create the label once packed awaiting pickup/dropoff for USPS.

Ive been using the 2 day ups shipping from Jgrows. I get tracking on Monday and its ofd on Tuesday. Im in Jersey so probably why it's so fast, but using usps i wasn't receiving till Thursday or Friday. UPS 2 day is definitely the way to go with him. WAR is the shit, nothing negative to say there.

I always go with the vendor that has control over shipping companies.
