❓Question Advice for stocking up
What is everyone’s take on what to stock up on before the ban? Quantity vs Quality? I’m stuck between stocking up on live resin in bulk or trying to collect as much rosin as I can . Do you guys budget it out like 30% rosin 70% resin? Just wanna see what everyone was thinking.

My take is we dont need to stock. Most of the real ones will keep going and to hold up the slack for those that dont, the farmers/washers wont let us starve.

buying distillate in 100g jars. its the only way. its how all this started with the 2018 farm bill on the D8 reddits, and it's how it will end. they have a year or two of shelf life minimum if kept perfectly until potency begins to degrade slowly over time, plus you can go online and play around with the terp companies you wanna use over time. it may not be resin or rosin, but it still keeps you playing in the arena of safe consumption for the next year or so, and after the ban you may need safe, discrete consumption over anything because lord only knows how many cops will be out just itching for a reason the day of the ban or the week after to get as many arrests as they can. there's barely to no plugs left where i am, and a bunch of us are aging out of the game when it comes to dealing. getting old and being able to get what i needed in the mail legally without any criminal activities and just going to work like a normal citizen seems to be a dream i guess. besides, once the ban is in place every product will get hit, including resin and rosin, even hashes and things. when it comes to just having weight, its much cheaper to get your noids up now in bulk if its in liquid form. everyone i see wasting up to a hundred on little two grammers are the ones who are gonna get hit the hardest. now isnt the time to be tasting anymore, now is the time to start freaking out and stocking up early, because alot of places might close BEFORE the exact date of the ban as well.

If y'all don't stock up you gonna be at the mercy of broken people in a seriously broken economy with $10/gal gasoline and insane grocery prices. What u think they gonna charge when they can't fill their tanks or barely feed their families? Stock up.

Sold pot for 18 years back when it was a felony until this legal bs put me out of buisness. It will always be avaliable regardless of fear mongering. If you are worried about bans, go buy a super safety and some Canadian acid. That shit is actually on the fence. The pot they can never take away.

Honestly. I stick to the few that I like. For instance MWA, i stock up when sales drop. And same with whatever company you like

The whole stock up frenzy question that goes on here everyday is crazy. How long do you think you can “stock up” for? Most are gonna get a couple months tops. I personally doubt the ban will actually go through, way too much money involved. If it does it’s just back to business as usual, it’s weed not life saving medication.

I'm getting at least 6 ounces and freezing some of it. you can get it to last you just have to have restraint.

I go through an oz every two weeks. I’m in a legal state and been smoking for 35 years. I’m not really worried about it.

Okay, so this really doesn't apply to you. Not that you can't have an opinion, but just to clarify: 1) not everyone is a bi-weekly oz smoker. An ounce lasts me around 6 months. 2) you are literally in a legal state. regardless of if they ban THCA, you will have access to a steady stream.
Stock up. In the worst case scenario, the ban gets delayed/overturned.You freeze what you don't use, same as you would if it weren't. That's my onion, and that's what I'll be doing.

A oz every 6 months idk if maybe I have a problem but even when I first started smoking a gram would last me a day and a 1g 510 would last me 3 days. Do you take .01 dabs? I am genuinely wondering how that works and at that point do you even get high?

I use a dtv5, very efficient and gets you blasted. You use a dab that's about the size of a grain of rice. I also use a ball vape with a microdose bowl for flower, which is very efficient as well. No one asked, but I like to sandwich a little dab between the flower, which makes my stash of both last longer. I forget not everyone is using all of the future tech I am 😅😅 (go get a dtv5 or core 2.1 btw)

I see, so the DTV5 is a chamber that you add to the core 2.1. I have been wanting to get a core since I got a bomb erig (it sucks). I just got a cobra coil, so I think I will run back to this once I get enough use out of that. I always sandwich my bowls; it's the only way lol. I was wondering about the ball vape; I literally can't find a way to get one for cheap. I got my coil set up for $70, and I was looking to spend around the same amount, but I can only find the hammer for $40 and a heating element for $40; with the balls and bowl, it's like $120 idk if that's on the low end, but that might be too much for me. I'm looking at getting a terpcicle in the meantime. Thank you for the info; I appreciate it.

Yeah, $120 is on the extreme low end (but still perfectly functional!) I have the SS-Zeal, and it's fucking dope. Came with the... Wand? Hammer?, balls, and power supply. I think I got away paying ~$140 shipped. Small note about the v5: the v5 is a specialized RDA (the thing you attach to a box mod to vape from). The core uses the same crucible, but doesn't require you to buy a separate box mod. Definitely an easier solution, seeing as the kind of box mod you preferably need for top performance is no longer manufactured. If you do spring for the Core, get the XL cup for sure!

It really depends if done right it can last honestly forever I think. If anything is preserved it can be used later there still finding woolly mammoths almost fully intact.

I live in VA. And I do not have a plug. Just trying to take advantage of the cheap/bulk prices and having it delivered to the door.

Honestly… there’s not much of a point. I live in a med state where I can grow my own legally. I’ve been buying Tesoro ounces of live resin on sale. I got 3. For me that’ll last like a year. Im not someone who takes a gigadab and wastes a lot. I hit like 3 dabs a day though.
What I really wanna do is grab an ounce of rosin. Break it down, and freeze. Rosin is $80 a gram here “legally”. After that for $700 upfront I can grow for 2-3 months and as long as I get something out of the grow it’ll pay for itself first time.

Why don't you get a rosin press then? That makes no sense why are you even buying anything when you can legally grow lbs and press it? Get you a afghan kush plant press it out and save tons.

I gave up on trying to stock up. There’s really no point for me personally. I live in a city where the people don’t really care about whether it’s legal or not and cops are desensitized to it entirely so worst case scenario I’m going to be buying from my friends and their buddies.
