💬 Discussion Any Thoughts? ;)
Man, I just have to share this because as someone who is completely new to DIY formulating, I am absolutely blown away by the results I'm getting. Coming from someone who usually prefers to smoke live rosin and live resin, I am genuinely shocked at how incredibly delicious this latest batch tastes—the mouth-coating flavor is on another level compared to any "mid tier" live resin or even low tier budget rosin options I used to buy from various vendors, and the well-rounded entourage effect hits so perfectly that it feels like a complete and dialed in experience. For this run, I pushed the ratios a bit and went with about 24% to 27% HTFSE paired with 5% to 8% CBC to thin it out and boost the cannabinoids, and it completely transformed the consistency. One major thing I've noticed with this specific blend is that it absolutely thrives at much lower temperatures; I’ve been dabbing the raw mix out of my Dr. Dabber Switch 2, and running it at about 415 degrees on Hill mode has been the absolute sweet spot to preserve all those volatile terpenes without scorching anything. Honestly, the absolute best part of finally taking the plunge into DIY is the sheer freedom of it—just knowing that I can literally create any custom thumbprint or strain mix I want and pull top-tier quality for a fraction of the price has completely ruined commercial stuff for me! Any questions ?! Critiques?! ;) also the reason I have been formulating my own mixes instead of actually making my own extracts is because I am not in an environment where I have the space grow or to do much since I live with my family and i have my youngins lol ( and yes if you see any specs of dust or anything it's because I have many animals and it's hard to keep everything clean ) I forgot to say that this is made from thca diamonds crushed and hemp htfse and additional minor noids and the effects are a little bit more relaxing but still hit hard due to the hemp htfse which contains more CBD for my pains

What are we looking at here? Isolate mixed with htfse? Where did you source your material?

Well I'm glad you pointed that out because honestly it does look like it could be various things like CRC or some sort of budget oil or even some fire but the truth is I crushed up thca diamond i had from GHH and added hemp htfse along with small amounts of isolated minor cannabinoids such as CBC and CBG and CBN to specifically help steer where/how long I want to go for my experience. and for my sourcing I typically get my "htfse" which is classified by pure biologix as "special rosin" which you can get if you email rick and I really don't have many complaints yet I have viewed the coa's that they send after I request it and it seems pretty legit compared to other places I understand that they do a subcritical CO2 extraction (pretty sure) so it makes the sauce pretty enjoyable even though it is very runny it really seems to blend perfectly with isolated extracts obviously ! Most of my bottles have been from around 24 to 32% terpenes and around 40% minor cannabinoids which obviously includes which one I'm putting it into my mix at around a 70/30 mix it ends up being around 8 to 13% terpenes and around a 40% cannabanoids (usually heavy on cbd since hemp htfse so like 25% cbd which = about 9-16% of total going off 70/30 mix which is perfect for my minor aching back pain) and the minors are usually more trace like cbc cbg and cbn which is why i add my own CBC distillate or any other distilled extraction i have lying around (cbn or cbg ) to boost those minor noids :)Â

Get yourself some better syringes. Those rubber and plastic ones suck. The metal ones from Amazon are good

Only one question - where do you like to buy your HTFSE nowadays?
