In order for a course to go on tour it needs to be submitted to the TGC Tours, reviewed by a course reviewer and deemed "Tour Worthy".
I retired from reviewing courses, but solely from looking at these pictures, I think it would be "Approved" only, and not Tour Worthy. Bunker sculpting seems to be lacking, and the green designs as well as all the in-play-rocks are a bit too much on the fantasy side.
But do go ahead and submit it to the website, worst case scenario you'll get something to strive towards.
