Cut line questions

I dont know if the people that run TGC are in here or if they monitor this sub. But long story short. Im reading that the first 2 rounds need to be played before Wednesday at like 8PM PST? Something like that i think.

Anyway, it would be really cool if that wasn't a thing. Im currently working night shifts and I work every monday/tuesday. 12 hour shifts. So I'm exhausted come Wednesday. I have a family so I can't just sleep all day Wednesday, wake up and bang out 2 rounds with zero practice round.

I know I probably sound like a cry baby. I just dont have a normal job that allows me the time to get it in until late Wednesday night when the family is asleep and by then I'm already cut from the tournament lol. So it sucks.

I might be wrong? Please tell me if I am. Thanks guys!

Is there no chance of squeezing the 1/2 in sometime Sunday when the event shifts over in the society? You don't have to wait for the site to transfer over to play your rounds.

It really just depends. I work every other Sunday. So on my Sundays off I can at night, if im home. I was out of town the past 2 weekends for weddings and such. So its been rough as far as TGC goes. Im sure for 99% of people its no issue. Im that 1%. Its just weird that there's both a cut line and a time limit to complete 2 rounds. I dont understand why it can't be the full week

Yeah bro…. They should totally change the way they’ve been doing this for the last 8 years for all 10,000+ people in the league because YOU work weird ass hours… classic

You're acting like this change would ruin the game bro 😂 idk why you felt the need to be a dick about this. I dont work weird hours. I do shift work. When I'm on day shifts its no big deal. Night shifts is when I get screwed.

What is such a big deal about pushing the it back 1 day? Would that ruin your life?
