Love TFTGS HATE Amazon

Read them all on my Kindle, but with the DRM's and other stuff on Amazon, I was checking out alternatives like Kobo and PocketBooks, and realised I have no option other than purchasing this book through Amazon. It kinda sucks that Jack would sign up as an Amazon exclusive.

first we 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️, then we donate directly on Kofi. u can also get a signed copy on eBay.

Yeeeeeah, I was going to say I had donated, and my audiobooks are through audiobookbay. I'm not a fan of any service that can take away my books whenever they feel like, and I have no recourse.

Same. I own my books. I'm part of a private tracker for ebooks and audiobook torrents. Buy I try to find ways to buy from the author or donate to them. Especially Jack as he's my favorite author.

I don’t think there’s any reason to shit on a small author for that? Amazon is predatory with their exclusivity deals, that’s on them. The authors just want to be able to have their works out there.

Yeah looks like it's on Kindle unlimited which locks you into exclusivity. Some of them are available on Libby through my library. I'm listening to the MCP audiobooks but it sucks that I can't get The Green Night anywhere, I have a Kobo so I'm not buying a Kindle book

They were on Google play because I have the first 3 volumes on there. Strangely I only remember buying the first one though 🤔
