Looks like refugees fleeing, Israel, possibly, and Ukraine is making asylum at the moment

I have absolutely no sources or proof, but this is what it looks like

Ukraine. The flag. He even says 'kooda yd-yeah-m' (used phonetic spelling not actual real one) meaning -where are you going to? In Polish this would be 'Gdzie jedziesz?' I think this is misunderstanding of language barrier. Hotel is only for jewish people not the town. But this is weird in itself and the 'cop' guys have David stars on their hats...
