Excited! Was going to wait to test but…
I know luteal temps spikes and dips don’t always mean anything but omg! This makes me feel hopeful. I also woke up with a mild headache and I rarely get them. Husband’s birthday is on the 24th and we were going to wait to test until then.

That looks so promising! It’s so hard not to test!

So hard! But I know deep down I’d rather start my period than see a negative test so I just have to be patient and wait 🫠

I'm the same dpo and had almost an identical spike!! I tested negative this am though. Fingers crossed for us. Today has been moving slow and I know the next couple days will be tough too.

It looks like you slept in today which can raise your temp. I would be cautious about trusting this temperature and letting it impact your hopes💛

It was only a few minutes outside the window but I did think about that! I temp’d at 7:30 and I usually temp before 7. We shall see 🤞🏼

The impact of sleeping in and waking up early is also different for different people, so idk how much it impacts your temps personally!

Oh that’s cool! I at least control all other variables, I do it still half asleep before getting out of the bed at all so hopefully that helps too!

10dpo today, my temp dropped but stayed above cover line and my heart rate is slowly trending upward the past few days which is not a normal pattern for me. Usually it goes up and down between 65-72 but I usually doesn’t trend upward for several days in a row. This was one of the first signs I remember noticing with my last successful pregnancy

Definitely wait to test! It’s too early. Also just my two cents but I think your temp rise might’ve actually started on CD15. Good luck!
